Da Madd Scientist

I started out as a Night Club Promoter in the city of Long Beach for venues such as Shore Ultra Lounge, V20, Rhythm Lounge, the Basement, Wasabi’s, Aladdin’s, Taco Beach, and Cuban Pete’s Mojito Lounge in 2005, I have promoted for headline artist such as E-40, Little Jon, the Game, Too Short, Mickey Avalon, Steve Aoki, Andre Nikkatina, KRS-1, and many famous Night Club and Radio DJs.

2007 is when I became the resident MC at Rhythm Lounge in downtown Long Beach that featured mainstream Hip Hop, EMD, and Latin Music. This is where I mastered my live performances as an MC with DJ Sloe Poke and DJ Jon-E.

In 2016, I began releasing studio recordings in genres ranging from hip hop, electro, deep house, dance hall, and reggaeton music.  On February 29, 2016 I released my 1st EP Named "Mass Appeal" after one of my favorite hip hop songs by the group Gangstarr.  This project gave me the music industry educated I needed to be successful.  I released my next EP "Scientific Evolution" in November 2016.  I realized that although my Reggaeton Remixes were in English, my Latin and Afro-Latin fans appreciated the music in spite of the language.  To keep my momentum going, Jonny T and me release the single "Bomb Pussy" and created 4 remixes that spanned my favorite musical genres.  To our surprise, this single performed extremely well on the Digital DJ Pool Caribbean, Latin, and Dance charts peaking at position #38, #23, and 34 respectively.

After the tremendous success of the “Bomb Pu😸😸y” ft Jonny T remixes, I felt confident that I have made the transition from night club MC to a professional level recording artist.  The “Long Journey Home” represents my acknowledgement that success moving forward will require that I return to the time when music was fun and exciting; when I truly loved writing and producing music.
